The Accor arena has seats adapted for easier accessibility. From your arrival near the arena to your seating in the hall, you will be assisted if you need it.
You can reserve your Wheelchair seat (PMR ticket) + that of your companion (companion ticket) directly on the event page. These categories are offered for each event in row 1 of the stands and at the lowest price of the event.
If you need facilitated accessibility (PSH), you can contact our dedicated service by phone at +33 01 46 91 57 54 (from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Friday excluding holidays and from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday). Your contact person will propose the seat best suited to your needs.
These seats are also located at the top of the stands.
