If your seats are in the stands, we invite you to notify us of your presence upon arrival at the main hall entrance by using the dedicated fast lane.
If your seats are in the pit & orchestra, please notify us of your presence at the Esplanade entrance (door 38).
No worries, no prior procedure is necessary before the doors open; this will allow you easier access to the pit once part of the general public has been admitted to avoid possible crowd movements.
You will be asked to present your mobility inclusion card (CMI) or a medical certificate. Only one companion is allowed; any additional persons with you must enter the Arena through their designated entrance. You will be able to meet up later inside the venue.
